This is an Ebony loft that we supplied to a client in Singleton, N.S.W. Local timber, Ironbark, was milled on his farm to be used for the posts and flooring. The home has a pair of dormer windows to the rear to maximise the view. An option is to have another set on the street elevation. The client in this case had enough cypress ceiling lining left over to build all of the bench tops for the kitchen!
